Architect | Construction Management Director | Technical Systems AdvisorReinaldo Villarreal leads Atelier Invicta’s construction project management, technical advisory, quality assurance and project governance practice.An architect by training, Reinaldo holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oriente in Santiago de Cuba and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the School of Architecture at the University of Miami.During his architectural studies, his undergraduate research explored wood-frame construction systems in the Caribbean, focusing on how building methodologies can respond to climate, environment and regional needs.This early interest in adaptable and sustainable construction later led him to work on sustainable housing initiatives for indigenous communities in the Amazon, applying architectural principles to create solutions rooted in local context, climate and ways of living.With more than two decades of international experience across architecture and construction management, Reinaldo has guided residential, commercial and institutional projects from concept through completion.Today, his expertise extends to advanced architectural systems, technical installations and complex project coordination — working alongside architects, engineers, manufacturers, contractors and owners to ensure that ambitious designs are executed with precision.His approach combines architectural thinking, technical discipline and practical site expertise — transforming complexity into clarity and ensuring every detail supports the long-term integrity of the project.Delivering projects built with precision, purpose and longevity.Behind Atelier Invicta is a multidisciplinary operations team supporting strategy, governance, client communication and business execution.
